TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF KBC TOOLS, INC. CREDIT AGREEMENT

This is an Application and Agreement for credit and shall apply to any and all credit extended by KBC Tools, Inc.
The credit applicant understands and agrees to the following terms of sale:

Applicant has authority to enter into this agreement and person signing, (if not applicant), has been authorized to execute this agreement for applicant.
Terms of sale are Net 30 Days. We agree to abide by the terms of sale and conditions of KBC Tools, Inc. KBC reserves the right to charge 1-1/2% per month on all past due accounts and KBC retains ownership of all products until paid for in full.
The information given in this Application and Agreement is warranted to be true and correct and given for the purpose of obtaining credit.
