RITEN
Designed for use where the RPM’s are very high. The bearing structure and lubrication permits Sprint centers to run at higher spindle speeds. The point geometry and higher RPM capabilities fit the requirements for use in the new slant bed turning machines. Sprints construction will provide longer tool life for CNC machining. Smaller head diameter provides additional cutting tool access to the work piece.
FEATURES:
- Coolant deflectors, no friction seal.
- Point configuration allow for tool clearance.
- Meets the rigid requirements of CNC turning.
- Points through-hardened to 61-63 Rc.
- Body heat-treated for additional strength.
