Premium 8% Cobalt Steel M-42. Up to 500% increased tool life thru the use of 8% Cobalt Steel M-42. More accurate, better finished holes from unique process of flute grinding and close diameter tolerances. Because of the higher red hardness factor of Cobalt steel, these reamers can be run approximately 25% faster than regular high speed reamers.
