Single end mills are designed for general milling operations. The spiral multi-flute design permits a faster and smoother cutting action. The end cutting edges are ground to permit center cutting.
AITiN – Aluminum Titanium Nitride: Increased thermal stability when milling high temp alloys and Die/Mold steels with a hardness of 52 HRc and above. Excellent for HSM applications. HSS and HSCO end mills can not be coated with AlTiN.
